In February 2009, GL Homes broke ground at Valencia Reserve, the 7th in the award winning series of Valencia properties in 2009. Located on Lyons Rd just south of Boynton Beach Blvd in Boynton Beach. For the first time GL Homes started utilizing much more contemporary elements in the design of the common areas and the indivdual homes. Much more open spaces within the interiors were implemented.
